States, Mike Polencheck continues to give his customer's their money's
worth. Since 1978, Mike has designed and built over 67 remodeling
projects with price ranging for $9,000 to $315,000 and built over 78 new homes and also
23 log homes with price ranges up to 1.2 million. He is an experienced and reliable professional, fully
licensed and insured, and a member of the WBA, NAHB, WABA, WAHB. Mike
was selected as Builder of the Month in the 2004 January/February issue
of Builder/Architect magazine.
Even though Polencheck Construction is
located in the United States, there are no limits regarding
international construction and work. Mike has contacts and suppliers who
can export to international contractors interested in log home
construction. In 1997, Polencheck Construction built and shipped two
complete log homes to Japan, provided all the design, construction
materials, export arrangements, and construction training for the
carpenters on site and provided backup support.
